spa, where clothing is not allowed when using the 
facilities.
They have mixed sessions and Saturday and Sunday afternoons
are for mixed couples only. Bristol Gardens Health Spa offers the following facilities,
occupying a space of 7,000 square feet:

- Three hot tubs
- Two fully tiled steam rooms
- Two dry saunas
- A sun deck

- Sun-beds for UVA treatment

In Bristol Gardens Health Spa it is also possible to request a massage ranging from reiki to shiatsu, aromatherapy, Swedish, sports injury and more.

Bristol Gardens Spa Review
The centre is well located near to Brighton sea front and the facilities are we found to be very good. If you are shy then do be aware that no clothing is allowed in the sauna area and the changing area is mixed. Having said that, the atmosphere is excellent in this venue and the facilities excellent. Numerous saunas, plunge pools and spas to choose from and all very clean and well maintained. There is also a very nice lounge area upstairs where you can also chill out. Great place on a cold winters day.
