Since its invention in Finland, the sauna has become
popular in many countries and other varieties such as those found
in China and Korea also act as social centres of activity. below
we look at 10 places to enjoy sauna and wellness.

Baden,Baden, Germany - is an up-market type
resort in Southern Germany which is a spa town and offers
some excellent saunas. Baden Baden is not the cheapest place
to enjoy sauna but if you want luxury and are not worried
about the price then Baden
Baden is the place.

Helsinki, Finland - or any part of Finland
come to that, can be a good place to experience a Finnish
sauna. If you know people in Finland, the chances are
that the hosts will have their own sauna at home. There are
also numerous commercial saunas to choose from.

Berlin, Germany - There are many excellent
saunas througout Germany and Berlin is no different. The LiquidRom
Sauna in Berlin is one which is excellent. The Olivin
sauna in Berlin is also reasonable.

Japense Onsen are not quite sauna but for wellness and relaxation, the Japanese
form of relaxation in these spring like waters is a goo alternative
if you cannot find a sauna. There are some excellent saunas
though in Japan.

very popular in Korea and many peopel spend half a day in
these venues. Jjimjilbangs are usually men or women only and
they often include Internet areas, food and sleeping areas
and saunas.
