Slovenia is perhaps more off the beaten track compared to a location such as Baden-Baden but Terme Catez offers excellent facilities at reasonable prices. In the spa-wellness center they offer a number of massages and beauty treatments.

4. Discover Wellness Center in the USA is a center in a few venues in USA which offers a number of excellent wellness facilities and advice and their website is a great starting point if you are based in the USA.

5. In the UK the Relaxation Centre in Bristol is an excellent center for wellness treatments. You can find a list of wellness and holistic treatments on their site and prices are reasonable and the staff very good. The Relaxation Centrex also has indoor and outdoor saunas and hot tubs and also various classes and workshops including deep tissue massage.
