I travel often to Berlin on business and there are a number of great sauna in the city. My favourite though is definitely the Liquid Room. It is simply very relaxing as a place to hang out and I love the underwater music which you an hear when in the pool. Great facilities and classy. Rating: 9.5 out of 10
