Located at 1710 Broadway, right in the centre of NYC (a perfect location for anyone living and working and or living in Manhattan) the Deepak Chopra Spa Center is an excellent spa venue.

Deepak Chopra is the founder and he has copied his concept from California and very successfully founded the NYC Chopra Spas and this is a jewel of a place. One you are aware of its presence, this spa venue might well be a place you end up visiting often.

The centre offers a number of ways for you to relax with its:

• Luxury Spa facilities.
• Yoga and meditation courses and facilities.
• Various workshops and classes.

The Spa offers a number of treatments and these include Surya facials, lavanya facials, Body Wrap Treatments and foot massages. There are a number of treatments which the Deepak Spa centre offers and you can check their site for an updated list of treatments.

The prices for treatments and use of the spa, yoga's and meditation are very reasonable and far more affordable than many spas of this quality

Getting to NYC:

NYC is served by 3 International airports with JFK airport, Newark airport (In New Jersey) and La Guardia. The city is also well served on the train network with a main station with Penn Station. You can also get to and from the city via Greyhound.

Extras:

If you are in NYC then one restaurant we can very highly recommend is La Caridad which is not too far from the Deepak Spa. Head up to 2199 Broadway, on the corner of 78th Street and Broadway and you can east some excellent Chinese/Cuban food at a very good price. $25 is enough to easily feed two people including a drink each. The food is fairly basic but excellent.
