Aromatherapy is something that uses one of five senses - smell. The human nose can detect more than thousands of different aromas and Aromatherapy plays on this human ability. With aromatherapy the consultant normally (according to what kind of wellness help you want) will create mix of certain oils. If you want to de-stress the mix of oils will for Head massageexample be different to if you want to relax due to fatigue. The aromas in other words are designed according to your needs and then the masseur provides a massage using these oils. This is a nice combination of aroma and massage (a combination similar to chocolate massage).

This type of massage can be done on Pressure pointsthe hands also but is normally and more ocmmonly done with feet.
